Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software.
• No harassment, hate speech, or offensive content.
• Respect other players and staff.

4. User-Generated Content

By creating or sharing content in the game (such as worlds), you grant Mökkigames a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute that content within the game and its services. You agree not to create or share any content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

5. Virtual Items

Virtual items and currency have no real-world value and are non-refundable unless required by law.

We do not guarantee the permanence or availability of any virtual items, in-game worlds, or account progression. Due to the nature of online games, data may be lost, reset, or rolled back at any time due to technical issues, server crashes, or maintenance.

6. In-Game Currency and Purchases

Coins and other in-game currencies are virtual and hold no monetary value outside the game. They cannot be transferred or exchanged for real currency. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to modify the availability, pricing, or value of items and currency at any time without prior notice.

7. Item Trading and Loss

All item trading and dropping is done at your own risk. We do not guarantee the outcome of trades or restore lost items due to scams, mistakes, or disconnections. Exercise caution when trading with other players.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms, in-game rules, or for any other reason deemed necessary by the staff. We also reserve the right to ban any alternative accounts created by users who have previously been banned.

9. Account Deletion Policy

You may delete your account at any time by either:

• Pressing the "Delete Account" button in the in-game settings while logged in, or
• Emailing a request to support@mokkigames.com.

After a deletion request is made, there is a 30-day grace period during which the deletion can be cancelled. However, please note that the deletion process may be automatic and irreversible once it has begun, so cancellation requests may not be processed if received too late. After the 30 days have passed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

10. Community and Chat

All in-game communication must be respectful. Hate speech, harassment, impersonation, spam, or inappropriate language are prohibited. We reserve the right to mute, suspend, or ban players who violate these rules. Chat logs may be recorded for moderation and safety purposes.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The game and its services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Mökkigames is not liable for any data loss, account issues, downtime, or damage arising from use of the game. You use the game at your own risk.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes implies acceptance.
